Bianca Casady has been from april to june 2008 the artist in residence of Wall House #2 at Groningen (North of the Netherlands), structure and foundation opened to the contemporary artists ; there, Bianca had prepared a project called “Flowers for the one you loved. Nature, Angels, Humans… the end of the sun”, and the exhibition had opened on June the 12th.

Here are two new songs played on May 16th in Athens at Gagarin 205:

CocoRosie’s last single is now available through Itunes and their label TouchandGo website ! You can also listen to the song on the myspace page of the band. If you prefer physical goods, you can preorder the 7″ picture-disc, which will be release in July. It does cost 5$ (without shipping)

On May 12th (on may 13th for the United States) the new single of CocoRosie, called “God has a voice, she speaks through me”, will be released ; the video for this song, directed by Eliza Douglas and Bradley Benedetti in collaboration with Cocorosie and Emma Freeman, will be presented for the first time at the Mad Vicky’s Tea Gallery on Friday May 9th at 6 p.m.

Moreover, the Mad Vicky’s Tea Gallery will be hosting in june Sierra’s first show, Paradis Artificiel…

According to Les Inrocks and Pitchfork, Cocorosie will participate to a tribute to the group The Cure, with others groups like Bat for Lashes, Rio en Medio, Blonde Redhead, or The Dandy Warhols ; Cocorosie will interpret the song Just Like Heaven.
